Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage (Signature Service)

BLD is a variation of manual lymphatic drainage that incorporates firmer pressure and quicker, precise strokes to accelerate lymph flow, improve circulation, and support post-operative recovery and body contouring goals. This method is more vigorous than traditional Manual Lymphatic Drainage. It blends intense, rhythmic strokes with sculpting to target areas like the abdomen, hips, and legs to create a contoured appearance. To prepare for a session, it's suggested to take a shower, avoid heavy meals, salt, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol, and drink plenty of water beforehand.
